Return & Refund Policy

At WildMoon Flowers, every arrangement is handcrafted to order using fresh seasonal flowers. Because our products are perishable and created specifically for each customer, our return and refund policy differs from that of traditional retail products.

Every Arrangement is Unique

Every WildMoon arrangement is individually designed using the freshest seasonal blooms available. While we always honour the overall style, colour palette, and value of your order, flower varieties may vary due to seasonal availability. Any substitutions will always be of equal or greater value.

If There’s an Issue

If your arrangement arrives damaged, significantly different from your order, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at flowers.wildmoon@gmail.com and include photographs of the arrangement.

Our team will review the issue promptly and work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Resolution Options

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

• A replacement arrangement
• Store credit
• A partial refund
• A full refund

All resolutions are determined at the discretion of WildMoon Flowers based on the nature of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

• Change of mind after an order has been fulfilled
• Flowers that have not been properly cared for after delivery
• Minor substitutions made due to seasonal availability
• Natural variations in fresh flowers
• Orders where delivery instructions requested flowers be left unattended

Order Cancellations

Standard Orders

• More than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date: Full refund
• 24–48 hours before delivery: 50% refund or store credit
• Less than 24 hours before delivery: No refund

Weddings & Events

Wedding and event bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit.

Where a detailed custom floral proposal is requested, a $400 CAD design proposal fee applies. This fee is credited toward the final project total if the event is booked. If the event is not booked, the design proposal fee is non-refundable.
