Delivery Area

We currently deliver throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your postal code.

Delivery Windows

Available delivery windows:

• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Delivery is made within the selected window and cannot be guaranteed for an exact time unless confirmed in advance.

Order Cut-Off

We do not offer same-day delivery.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST become eligible for delivery beginning the next available delivery day.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location.

Recipient Availability

If no one is available to receive the flowers, our courier may leave the arrangement in a safe location where appropriate or attempt to contact the recipient.

WildMoon Flowers is not responsible for arrangements left unattended at the sender’s or recipient’s request.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
