About WildMoon Flowers

WildMoon Flowers is a luxury floral atelier based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, operating by appointment only.

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to seasonal availability. While we make every effort to source the flowers shown in our product photography, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary. Any substitutions will always maintain the overall style, colour palette, and value of the arrangement.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Standard retail orders require full payment at checkout.

Wedding and event bookings require a deposit to secure the event date. Where a detailed custom floral proposal is requested, a $400 CAD design proposal fee applies. This fee is credited toward the final project total if the event is booked and is non-refundable if the project does not proceed.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We do not offer same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST become eligible for delivery beginning the next available delivery day.

Deliveries are completed within the selected delivery window unless a specific delivery time has been confirmed in writing.

WildMoon Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Fresh & Perishable Products

Fresh flowers are naturally perishable. Proper care is essential to maximize vase life. Care instructions are provided with every arrangement.

Photography

Unless otherwise requested in writing before the event, WildMoon Flowers reserves the right to photograph floral designs for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content, photographs, branding, logos, and designs displayed on wildmoonflowers.ca remain the property of WildMoon Flowers and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
